Then you will learn the effect anger has or can have in your life if not managed properly.  The damages it can cause will vary according to your life situation, but it is good to know how destructive it can be.  You will identify the physical aspects.

After that, you’ll understand the ways you react to anger.  Slowly you’ll start seeing yourself from the outside, as others view you. 

The goal of counselling is take your destructive anger and help you turn it into a constructive anger.  Examples of taking your anger constructively is channelling it through exercises or practicing meditation.
